[Mailman-Users] Changing HTML on first Options Page

Howdy All,

Trying to get my set-up just right....

When a user logs into their specific settings, they get one of two
pages.  The first asks for the password and after validating it, a
second page (options.html) is displayed where you can change many of
the options. 

Where is the template for the first page?  I would love to modify it.

Is there a way you can turn off the need for authentication?
(Security implications taken into consideration, of course)
