[Mailman-Users] automatically discarding posts from non-list members

Does mailman 2.1.x have an option to automatically discard posts from
people who are not authorized to post those messages instead of
mailing requests for approval to list admins? We're using mailman
2.0.13 right now which doesn't seem to have such an option but if
Mailman 2.1.x had such option that would be an incentive for us to
upgrade.
