[Mailman-Users] How to make a list act like a distribution list.

We are just starting to use mailman.

What is the best way to set up a list so it acts as
a "distribution" or "newsletter" mode?  Then only the admin
can post, add and delete subscribers.

Is it done through the options

What steps are required for subscription?  confirm+approvals
Must posts be approved by an administrator?  Yes
Who can view subscription list?  List Admin Only
Restrict posting privilege to list members?  Yes

Or is there a better way?
