I don't believe there is a man page. You're correct that the README* files
are what you want to check out for post installation setup. I haven't
looked at the redhat 9 rpm, but they used to include a README.REDHAT file
that covered the basic post install steps you need to take. Of course,
reading all of the appropriate readme files is always helpful. They should
be available in /usr/share/docs/mailman-2.1 so you don't have to get them
out of the source tarball.
