[Mailman-Users] install guide

I feel a bit sheepish asking this questions, but here goes nothing.  Just yesterday I threw out by accident my install guide for mailman.  It was a great step by step guide for getting it running and then configured with Apache.  Does anyone have a good link for me?  I just searched the FAQs and did not find it (perhaps it ought to be posted there http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=index).
