[Mailman-Users] Mailman Admin via e-mail

I just setup Mailman and it works great!  I previously used Majordomo and 
was only able to configure it via the email interface.  Is this possible 
with Mailman?  If so, how do I set this up?  Is there an email address to 
send mail admin request to?  Do I setup a address to pipe to a program.

Please advise.
