[Mailman-Users] error on start mailman

Hi

I install Mailman on a Mandrake/Linux 9.2, when try to start mailman show this 
error:  

Starting mailman qrunnerSite list is missing: mailman

I make a search in FAQ Mailman and no found anything about this
somebody are able to tell me where this the problem
