[Mailman-Users] Custom HTML Header

I am trying to add a custom header to the Mailman HTML pages. I would like
to have this header included every time a list is created. This will save
having to hack the code for every list we create. I've looked through the
HMTLFormatter.py script and the htmlformat.py script, but I cannot tell
where exactly I need to insert my code, or even if I'm looking in the right
place. Has anyone done this before? Does anyone have any suggestions?
