[Mailman-Users] allowing non members to post to a list

Action to take for postings from non-members for which no explicit action is
defined.
(Details for generic_nonmember_action) Accept

Its already set to accept.

With it set to 'accept' will i as list owner receive moderation emails
stating that there are emails waiting to be accepted because they are from
non members?
