[Mailman-Users] sync_members error

I was trying out the /usr/local/mailman/bin/sync_members script and it
seems to bomb with this error message:

UnicodeError: ASCII decoding error: ordinal not in range(128)

I am using a text list with the format:

"Real Name" <email at domain.com>

It does seem to work if I don't include the real name so maybe my format
is wrong?

Any thoughts?
