[Mailman-Users] ssl connect to admin link

I think that most folks do this by enabling the https first (so either
https or http works for accessing the cgi's), then using a rewrite rule
in apache to redirect any http://my.server.com/mailman/admin/...
requests to https://my.server.com/mailman/admin/...

Admin access is then only available via https!
