[Mailman-Users] Mailman & htdig integration patch

hmm, I have no file "/opt/www/htdig/bin/htsearch".  There's a bunch of other
stuff there, but not htsearch.

I had already made the change in $prefix/Mailman/mm_cfg.py, but hadn't verified
that this file existed.

The log file says cause: htsearch
