[Mailman-Users] Not receiving mail

Hi,
 I am new to Mailman. I have configured mailman over qmail. Every thing
looks fine, when some-one subscribes the list he get the mail for the
confirmation, but when the user replies nothing after that. When one send
the mail on the list, it dose not broadcast to the list users. There must be
some problem in the ~alias.

Pls help me. I am stuck here.
