[Mailman-Users] Sending problems

I'm having trouble getting Mailman to send mail. I can go in via the web 
interface and manually add users to my test at dom.ain list and they get 
mailed a message saying they have been signed up with a link to their 
preferences. What they can't do is sign up via sending a subscribe 
message to the list. Also, even after I sign them up, any mail send to 
the list does not come through. I'm using Mandrake 9.0 with Postfix. Can 
anyone provide some insight?
