I've tried the Chinese translation(GB) coming with MM2.1.2, and it's
a bit partial, the web interfaces are a mixture of both Chinese and
English.

I did see on www.list.org i18n pages that someone is heading up the
Simplified Chinese translation. If he's stopped for some reason, I'd
be rather happy to pick up his work and go on maintaining both the
codecs and translations of Simplified Chinese.
