[Mailman-Users] Anyone out there, PLEASE help me!

What are the perms on /var/lib/mailman/lists/hchs/config.db?  try chmod 777 (or 775) /var/lib/mailman/lists/hchs/config.db and see if that works.

If had A LOT of errors, but it fixed them but now:
     open(dbfile) IOError: [Errno 13] Permission denied:
     '/var/lib/mailman/lists/hchs/config.db'
