[Mailman-Users] init.d startup script

I've noticed an interesting quirk in the init.d startup script for
mailman. There seems to be no checking of previous mailman processes
before the script starts the daemon. It seems the script is overwiting
the old ~mailman/data/master-qrunner.pid with the new PID. Killing the
mailmanctl master processes removes the problems, but I'd rather start
it up correctly. Is there anything i can change in the init.d/mailman
script?
