Hello all. Mailman is localized and it's quite clear, how to add a language to a specific maillist. But a have no idea, how to make Russian the default language for the whole site. The problem is that maillist descriptions are in Russian, but the charset encoding for the maillists overview page is US-ASCII. -- Kostya.
