[Mailman-Users] Web admin interface question

Dear people,

Why is it that such a wonderful, stable and extensively used program allows 
for full Web administration of the lists but does not for list creation???? 
Try to creat a new list through the Web interface - it will never start 
unless you redo it via command line.
