[Mailman-Users] Subscribing to multiple lists

Running Mailman 2.1.2:

1. Is there an easy way for the list administrator to
subscribe (or unsubscribe) someone from multiple lists
simultaneously?

2. Is there a way to set up a form on a website that would
allow such simultaneous subscribing/unsubscribing by a user?

(I'm thinking of something that would allow a user to enter
their name and email address, create their own password, and
then tick off which lists they wanted to join).
