      First make sure Mailman is going to do what you want/need.  It's 
great for e-lists, but there is no posting from the archives.  I've been 
working for months on an add on for that, and I'm close, but it's going to 
be one big, ugly hack.

      There is a group working on an integration of Mailman and phpBB, but 
they have been stuck at a private beta since March.  See
