Hi David,

'Tis impossible to say what's gone wrong without more info.  Can you
check the logs?  They'll tell you whether mailman received the message
and whether it processed the message.  Checking the MTA logs (for
sendmail, postfix, ...) will provide additional info.

Are other messages being processed?  Is qrunner running?
