[Mailman-Users] requiring confirmation before posting to a list

hi,

is there any way to require the sender of a post to a list to confirm that 
he/she was the real poster? i.e. can a confirmation request be sent to 
their email address. or is there another way you can suggest to confirm 
the post is really coming from who it says it is?
