Does bin/check_perms report any permission errors?

Did the machine's name (or the values you use for DEFAULT_URL_HOST) 
change from something else (like www.myserver.com) to myserver.com?  
(If so, running bin/fix_url.py with bin/withlist would allow you to 
update the list objects for the new configuration.)
