Can you copy over the ~mailman/lists/<listname>/config.* lists from the
old server?  If so then you can backup your config files and then copy
these over them, then run the list_members on those old config files.

If you can't read the old config files, then you'll have to get work
with the admin of that server to get those files or have him run the
commands you need.
