[Mailman-Users] Problem creating a new List

Hi,

Sometime back I experimented with using Mailman on windows through
cygwin.

The approach worked after few hacks like changing file MailList.py and
recreating MailList.pyc.

I want to know if there is a better way to use Mailman on windows ?
