[Mailman-Users] Web based mail users and "Reply-to-field"

Hi,

I'm setting up a mailing list using mailman. However I will have a lot of
users who use web based email. I am wanting to keep archives and keep them
in threads so they look all nice and are easy to read. However, I noticed
that a lot of web based mailers dont support the "In-Reply-To" field. So the
messages will all go out of wack. Is there a way around this?
