Try this: on the General Options page, change the
setting to YES for this option:
>Hide the sender of a message, replacing it with the
>list address (Removes From, Sender and Reply-To

This will cause messages to be sent from the list
address instead of the individual's address. Replies
to list messages should then go to the list address
and all members. Try it out.
