[Mailman-Users] Mailman is on the web server, mail is going to the mail server. How do I connect them?

Fetchmail probably won't work with Exchange, no. IMO, you're
better off setting up postfix or some other well-supported MTA on the
Mailman server, and by-passing the central mail server whenever
possible. This will become much more important once the central mail
server switches to Exchange.
