[Mailman-Users] can't see icons

What I do is copy them to apache's icons directory as described in
<http://www.list.org/mailman-install/node10.html>. I believe Apache
aliases this directory to /icons/ by default, so no mm_cfg.py change
to the default

IMAGE_LOGOS = '/icons/'

is required.
