That's the problem. You won't need to run fix_url. Just create the site
list (mailman) and rerun genaliases.

genaliases doesn't create a virtual-mailman file unless there is at
least one list with a host_name matching a name in
POSTFIX_STYLE_VIRTUAL_DOMAINS.
