Hello Everyone,

I am a newbie to mailman but I can not figure out how to 

1. Create an announce only list
2. Automatically subscribe registrants to our lists using a script.  For example, when someone becomes a member of our organization, I would like the script to automatically subscribe that person to the announce list:

subscribe EMAIL at BLA.COM to LISTNAME
