[Mailman-Users] message shunted

I've got 2.1.6 installation that has been working perfectly for
several months, but today a message was shunted, and I had to unshunt
it manually.

What can be the reason of the following errors? The last line
(trailing garbage) appears when I run bin/unshunt.

Regards, Gregory
