This looks okay. Is that command path correct? Your MTA is properly
dispatching the message, it seems.

Can you check the mailman logs to see if anything is amiss?
The questions to answer are:

Is delivery being attempted?
If so, is delivery failing during the SMTP phase, or somewhere inside the MTA?
If not, why not?
