[Mailman-Users] Passwords in Monthly Reminders Encrypted?

I'm administering a group of lists and have monthly reminders set, and the reminder is being sent out on time and such, however, when I receive my copy of the password reminder, the passwords listed are incorrect, and it's almost like they're encrypted or something.

For an example, assume the password is "password", which works fine in the system.  When the reminder arrives, it shows the password as dkhbkesd, or something like that.

I've searched through the archives for a problem like this and haven't found anything yet.  Is there some setting that I'm missing, or have set incorrectly that is causing this?
