[Mailman-Users] can't send out mail using postfix with mailman

For the same reason as

Postfix appears to not be listening for port 25 connects from localhost.

Well, I'm not sure what this is telling you, but none of the matches
you returned are actually '25'.

What do you get from

netstat -l | grep smtp
