[Mailman-Users] Batch address changes?

Hello all

We have quite many lists in mailman and in many of the lists there are
numerous users from one organisation, in which they are changing the
domain part of the address. 

Is there any way to update all the regex domain parts to another without
manua interaction per address?

An example

  user at tt.domain.com should change to user at domain.com
