./configure --with-cgi-gid=apache --with-mail-gid=mailman

The source of this problem is Defaults.py doesn't have a definition for
MEMBER_PASSWORD_LENGTH (i.e., it's not the proper version) or
mm_cfg.py is missing
from Defaults import *
