[Mailman-Users] Show all list members on roster?

asks for ALL list members to be available on a single page in the web
interface. I think this can be satisfied if the current 'roster' page
showed all members including 'hidden' members to a user logged in with
the site or list admin password.

Is there any reason why the roster presented to the site or list admin
should not show hidden members if they are identified as hidden?
