Write them where?

If you mean put the individual recipient's name in the To: header or the
msg_header or msg_footer of that recipient's email, see
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq03.015.htp>.

If you mean something else, I don't understand.
