Do the other lists on the site work?

It appears there are no aliases for the new list.  If the MTA is Postfix
and it is 'integrated' with Mailman, the generation of aliases should be
automatic. Otherwise, you may need to manually add the 10 required
aliases for the list to /etc/aliases or wherever they go and run
postalias or newaliases or whatever.
