The mail wrapper is being denied by the OS when it attempts to create
the incoming queue entry. This is a question for your OS, but perhaps
the mailman user has a disk quota which is exceeded, or perhaps it is
only the partition which contains /local/mailman/teamnet/qfiles/in
which is full.
