[Mailman-Users] Mailman not delivering mail to recipients

I did find this in the smtp-failure logs:

low level smtp error: (111, 'Connection refused'), msgid: 
<49123211 at gmail.com>
delivery to jewel at gmail.com failed with code -1: (111, 'Connection refused')
