You have rebuilt the archive or added messages with bin/arch and the
input mailbox had unescaped "From " lines that aren't message
separators.

Check/fix your .mbox file(s) with bin/cleanarch and possible additional
manual fixing and rebuild your archive from scratch with bin/arch
--wipe.
