[Mailman-Users] Moving Lists

Hello All,
 
I am a newbie to the Mailman ListServer, so go easy...
 
I have a new server running our new Mailman Lists. I also have an older system containing Mailman lists that I want to migrate to the new server. 
 
Is this possible? If so... how is it done?
 
Any help is appreciated.
