Can you be more specific?

What's in regular_include_lists for each of the involved lists, and how
is the post being addressed?

Also note that if a person is on an included sibling with a
non-identical address - e.g., user at example.com on one list and
user at mail.example.com on another - that person will get a mail to each
address.
