This says that mailman at cdt.unb.br is not in virtual_alias_maps.

But you say it is in /etc/mailman/virtual-mailman, and in main.cf you have

virtual_alias_maps = hash:/etc/mailman/virtual-mailman

so if the timestamp on /etc/mailman/virtual-mailman.db is as recent as
that on /etc/mailman/virtual-mailman, I don't know why you get this error.
