Yes, I remember. I told you that because you are using
postfix_to_mailman.py for delivery to Mailman and you don't need Mailman
aliases for that, but apparently you do need a list of Mailman
recipients and Mailman aliases will work for that.

So replace

MTA = None

with MTA = 'Postfix'
