If the sender's address is a gmail/googlemail address, you can't. See
the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/2IA9>.

Otherwise, be sure the sender's option "Receive your own posts to the
list?" is Yes. This is the same as the "not metoo" box being unchecked
for the sender in the web admin Membership List.
