[Mailman-Users] Syntax Error on setup.py install (30.b3)

$ python -V
Python 2.7.5
$ python bootstrap.py

So I tried:
$ python setup.py build 
$ python setup.py install

Adding lazr.delegates 2.0 to easy-install.pth file

Should I be worried?

Is there an Install document somewhere I missed?
